The current economic situation that Lebanon is facing has challenged our communities as never before. To support these communities long term ultimately requires a system where they can support themselves through their livelihoods, enables them to remain in their villages, to contribute to their communities and keep the local economy going. It requires an approach where we provide them the fishing rod and teach them to fish.
Pleasingly, there are people in Lebanon working on this basis and who have made it their mission and purpose to give hope to Lebanon and the Lebanese – we’re referring to NoGarlicNoOnions represented by Dr. Anthony Rahayel and Made by Nature represented by Dr. Marc Beyrouthy.

A special night of dinner, music, speakers & networking with Anthony Rahayel on 13 November in Sydney, to raise funds for a great cause and come together to support Lebanon’s villages. 

This fundraiser event is in support of Lebanon’s villages. Proceeds will go to Made by Nature in Lebanon who are the critical support hub for small producers in the villages, represent some 700+ families & enable them to get their products to market. This is a key part of Anthony Rahayel’s mission & his advocacy for promoting the importance of buying products made in Lebanon & helping the Lebanese sustain their livelihoods. 

By coming together to support Lebanon’s villages, we will become part of something great with Made by Nature in Lebanon and together, we will be playing a part in working towards a better tomorrow by: 

1. Empowering small producers. 

2. Supporting families in their villages.
