According to The Guardian, the introduction of new legal rights for tenants has allowed renters like Cosslett to feel more at home. With the promise of eviction only for a very good reason, she feels encouraged to invest time and effort into her garden, which she now refers to as “my garden.”

In her view, many of her neighbors have also chosen to embrace their rented homes, creating vibrant spaces filled with life and greenery.
