Peter Phillips, the nephew of King Charles, married NHS nurse Harriet Sperling in a private ceremony at All Saints Church in Kemble, Gloucestershire, on Saturday. The wedding followed their engagement announcement in August 2025. According to BBC News, the couple’s engagement was celebrated by the Royal Family, who expressed their delight at the news.

The couple first began dating in 2024 and made their public debut at the Badminton Horse Trials. They have since been seen together at various royal events, including Royal Ascot and Prince William’s charity polo matches. Their relationship has blossomed over the years, culminating in their wedding.

Harriet Sperling, now Mrs. Phillips, was accompanied by her teenage daughter Georgina during the ceremony. An NHS paediatric nurse, she has shared her experiences as a single mother and has written columns on parenting. Her wedding attire included a dress by Emilia Wickstead, earrings by Pragnell, and the Pragnell family tiara, maintaining royal traditions.

The ceremony was attended by several royal family members, including the Prince and Princess of Wales, as well as other notable guests. Sperling’s bridal bouquet featured sweet peas, myrtle, and lily of the valley, symbolizing her family’s customs and her new role in the royal family.
