According to Al Jazeera, Iran’s Parliament speaker and top negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has declared both a military and political victory in the war against the United States and Israel.

Ghalibaf made the declaration as Iran’s 60-day memorandum of understanding with the United States was set to expire.
