Lebanese superstar Elissa has received approval for her Australian visa, clearing the way for her highly anticipated Australian tour this October.
The news will come as a welcome confirmation for thousands of fans preparing to see one of the Arab world’s most celebrated singers live in Melbourne and Sydney.
Elissa will perform two exclusive Australian concerts, beginning at Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne on Friday, 9 October 2026, before heading to Sydney’s TikTok Entertainment Centre on Saturday, 10 October 2026.
The Australian appearances are being presented by UPNXT and mark a major event for Arabic music fans across the country.
Who is Elissa?
Often known as the “Queen of Emotions”, Elissa is one of Lebanon’s most successful and internationally recognised recording artists.
Her career spans more than three decades, beginning after her emergence through the Lebanese talent program Studio El Fan in the early 1990s.
Since then, Elissa has built an extraordinary catalogue of Arabic pop and romantic music, becoming particularly known for her distinctive voice and emotionally charged performances.
