The Greater Cumberland Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Microsoft, will host Microsoft AI Business Advisor for SMEs – Hands-on with Copilot on Monday, 12 October 2026, as part of celebrations for NSW Small Business Month.

Running from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at Wenty Leagues, Granville Centre – The Meeting Place, the event is designed to give business owners and professionals practical experience using Microsoft Copilot as an on-call AI business advisor.

Rather than focusing solely on the theory behind artificial intelligence, the evening will feature a live Microsoft presentation and hands-on workshop, giving attendees an opportunity to see how Copilot can be incorporated into everyday business activities.

Participants will explore ways AI can assist with generating ideas, improving productivity and supporting business growth, while gaining practical experience they can take back to their own workplaces.

Adding further value to the evening, every attendee will receive a free 30-day Microsoft Copilot trial, allowing participants to continue experimenting with the technology after the workshop.

The event will also provide opportunities for networking with other business owners and professionals, with food included as part of the evening.
