The Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce (CBCC), in partnership with The Entertainment Park marked a significant milestone in its 2025 Christmas Toy Drive with the official handover of donated gifts to charity partners supporting local children and families in need.
Held at The Entertainment Park in Bankstown Airport, the presentation brought together sponsors, charity organisations, community supporters, and local representatives, including Kylie Wilkinson MP, to witness the delivery of hundreds of toys collected throughout the campaign.
The initiative forms part of the annual CBCC Community Christmas Event, which this year saw an exceptional level of generosity from residents and businesses across Canterbury-Bankstown and surrounding areas.
Community Unites to Support Families This Christmas
CBCC President and organisers expressed appreciation to everyone who contributed—attending the event, donating toys, volunteering, or supporting the campaign.
Collection Points Across Canterbury-Bankstown
The Chamber also recognised the businesses that served as official collection points, enabling community members to donate with ease:
- Entertainment Park, Bankstown
- Bankstown Central
- Hunts Hotel Liverpool
- Rydges Bankstown
Boxes at each location were filled throughout the month, reflecting strong community engagement.
Charity Partners Begin Distribution
The toys collected are now being distributed to children and families through CBCC’s nominated charity partners:
- Little Wings
- Creating Links
- Mates On A Mission
These organisations will ensure the gifts reach families facing hardship, delivering much-needed joy and support during the festive season.
