On Monday, 26 August 2024, the Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce (CBCC) hosted “Business After 5: The Science of Networking” at the Canterbury League Club. The event focused on enhancing networking skills through psychological and sociological approaches.
The panel included Adam Scully, a business coach; Louise Sparkes, founder of Pineapple Marketing and Promotion; Antoinette Khalil, Principal Solicitor at Khalil Lawyers; and David Alameddine, CEO of AAA City Removalist. The discussion was moderated by Alison Attard, Executive Director of BNI Sydney Southwest.
Each speaker brought unique perspectives on effective networking, offering practical tips on relationship building, communication strategies, and personal branding. Attendees were encouraged to engage in the interactive sessions, applying the networking techniques they learned throughout the evening.
