تم الإعلان عن الفائزين في الدورة الرابعة والثلاثين لمعرض وجائزة فنون مجموعة ميل-برا الاستشارية للتعليم للسكان الأصليين (AECG) عقب افتتاح المعرض وتقديم الجوائز مساء السبت في Liverpool Powerhouse.

هنأ عمدة ليفربول ند مانون الفائزين هذا العام، حيث حصل عمل مايكل فاردون “The Didge Player” على جائزة اختيار العمدة، وعمَل بيرناديت هاردي “Bodies of Water that Hold Us” على جائزة ماريا لوك، وحصلت بيتا لينك على جائزة Mil‑Pra AECG عن عملها “Big Mob Celebrations”، ونالت هيلي كلارك جائزة منحة Liverpool Powerhouse للسكان الأصليين لعام 2026 عن عملها “Grounded, Gathered, Renewed”.

قال العمدة مانون إن المعرض السنوي يظل واحداً من أهم احتفالات المنطقة بفن وثقافة السكان الأصليين وجزر مضيق توريس.“For 34 years, the Mil-Pra AECG Exhibition and Art Prize has provided an invaluable platform for First Nations artists, students and schools to share stories, celebrate culture and showcase extraordinary creativity,” قال العمدة مانون.

“The depth of talent on display this year was remarkable. Congratulations to Michael Fardon, Bernadette Hardy, Peta Link and Hayley Clarke on receiving these prestigious awards.” وأضاف أن عمق المواهب المعروضة هذا العام كان ملحوظاً، وهنأ مايكل فاردون وبيرناديت هاردي وبيتا لينك وهيلي كلارك على نيل هذه الجوائز المرموقة.

“The range of entries allows visitors to experience many different artistic voices and cultural perspectives. It also provides an important opportunity for local schools and young people to engage with First Nations culture in meaningful and respectful ways.” وأشار إلى أن تنوع الأعمال المشاركة يتيح للزوار اختبار أصوات فنية ورؤى ثقافية متعددة، كما يوفر فرصة مهمة للمدارس المحلية والشباب للتفاعل مع ثقافة السكان الأصليين بطرق ذات مغزى وباحترام.“Through these works we see resilience, heritage and hope.
