The family of the “Heritage in Mind Foundation” gathered for a special occasion to celebrate the opening of The Crown Cuisine restaurant in Strathfield, owned by maestro Ibrahim Sarofin and Bob Gebran.
The event was graced by the presence of the Lebanese Consul in Sydney, Dr. Sarah Derani, accompanied by her husband, Jaafar Mohyeddin. Also in attendance were Bishop Issam Darwish, the Bishop of Zahle and Ferzol for the Melkite Greek Catholic Church.
Joining the festivities were the head of “Heritage in Mind,” media personality and educator Shadia Al-Hajj, Sister Marlene Jadid, head of St. Maron in Dulwich Hill, along with Dr. Rabi Khoury, businessman Louay Al-Rifai and his wife Mervat, as well as a distinguished group of friends and loved ones.
The evening was enriched by the renowned artist Khaled Al-Amir, who delighted attendees with a friendly atmosphere filled with joy and authentic music. The gathering created a warm and beautiful environment that brought together members of the community for this elegant and memorable occasion.
