ABC Radio Brisbane’s favourite presenters are back in 2024 to take audiences through a big year for the city.

Audiences will start the day with Craig Zonca and Loretta Ryan’s familiar chemistry and feel-good energy as they return for Breakfast for a sixth year. The duo are excited for another year celebrating the city they call home.

In 2024, Steve Austin will move from Drive to host Mornings to set the news agenda on issues that matter to Brisbane. Steve will bring together the most influential minds locally and from around the country and provide analysis of local issues and a forum for discussion.

Kat Feeney is back hosting Afternoons in 2024 delivering light-hearted coverage of local issues which reflect the Brisbane community’s interests and concerns.

Drive will be hosted by Kelly Higgins-Devine and is set to be a fast-paced and fun local program that gives listeners a comprehensive summary of what has happened in Brisbane across the day while you make your way home.

Rebecca Levingston will make the move from Mornings to Evenings in 2024, bringing her incredible style of community connection to the new timeslot.

On weekends, Kate O’Toole is back to present Saturday Breakfast and Sunday morning and there will be a new local weekend sports show.

ABC Radio Brisbane Manager Anthony Frangi said: “2024 will be a big year for ABC Radio Brisbane. The next local government election will be held in March, and the Queensland state election in October.  We know audiences want people they know and trust to explain the issues and engage them in the conversations about local issues.”

“We are live and local when it matters most and will be wherever our audience needs us to be. In 2024 you’ll see us out and about across Brisbane, tapping into the city and the events that matter such as Brisbane’s iconic Ekka. Plus, more opportunity to meet our much-loved ABC Radio Brisbane presenters.”
