Journalist Ashraf Helmy condemned the protest demonstrations that took place in several European countries over the past few days, which were accompanied by violence, looting and chaos and involved hundreds of thousands protesting the high cost of living. Helmy said that the European people are peaceful and unfamiliar with such violence, theft, vandalism and the burning of public and private property. He added that those responsible for these actions were mostly migrants from countries that do not know the meaning of freedom, who were brought in by left‑wing European governments supportive of Islamist groups through mass and illegal migration, along with their second‑ and third‑generation children, and who were allowed to demonstrate weekly in support of countries that share their beliefs.

Helmy warned the European continent and Australia — whose governments have followed European policies on several issues, especially immigration — against a repeat of the current European protest scenario. He noted that these events were preceded by pro‑Palestine demonstrations allowed by the Australian government and by bloody ISIS terrorist operations, the latest of which he described as the Bondi Beach massacre. He also criticized the soft approach adopted by European security forces toward protesters from day one, which he says led to escalating violence, and he called on European governments to use the excessive force they are accustomed to in their countries of origin to disperse demonstrators.

He urged the peoples of Europe and Western countries to reassess political party policies at the ballot box and to choose parties that work to preserve the history and civilizations of their nations.
