Find Your Voice and Elevate Your Business at CBCC’s Public Speaking and Business Pitch Event
The Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce is inviting business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, emerging leaders and community members to take part in an inspiring evening designed to build confidence, strengthen communication skills and help participants pitch their ideas with impact.
The Find Your Voice & Elevate Your Business: Public Speaking & Business Pitch Event will be held on Monday, 22 June 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the RSPCA NSW Education Centre, 201 Rookwood Road, Yagoona NSW 2199.
This free event offers a valuable opportunity for attendees to develop practical skills that can support both personal and professional growth. Whether someone is presenting to clients, speaking in front of a team, pitching a business idea, networking with new contacts or simply looking to become a more confident communicator, the evening is designed to provide useful tools and encouragement.
Participants can expect a supportive and engaging environment focused on building confidence, overcoming nerves, mastering communication techniques, developing leadership presence and learning how to deliver a stronger business pitch. The event will also provide an excellent chance to connect with like-minded professionals, business owners and community leaders from Canterbury-Bankstown, South Western Sydney and beyond.
A highlight of the evening will be the keynote address by Superintendent-Commander Christine McDonald of Burwood Police Area Command. As a respected regional leader, Superintendent-Commander McDonald will share insights into powerful public speaking, effective communication, personal growth, leadership and professional development.
