According to BBC News, Leeds Rhinos kept their two-point lead at the top of Super League with a 46-0 victory over a depleted Toulouse Olympique at Headingley on 31 July 2026.

Jake Connor scored two tries, created Mikolaj Oledzki’s close-range effort and kicked seven goals from eight attempts, finishing with 22 points. His opener after 12 minutes followed Riley Lumb’s break, while an interception helped set up Tom Holroyd’s try before half-time as Leeds led 18-0.

Leeds increased their intensity after the interval. Brodie Croft sent James McDonnell over before Harry Newman scored in the right corner, playing on the wing in place of the injured Maika Sivo. Connor then collected Lachlan Miller’s kick under the posts for his second try.

Croft and Lumb added late tries as Leeds completed an eighth home win of the season. The result kept the Rhinos ahead of second-placed Wigan, who had won at Leigh.

Toulouse, who had scored 106 points across their previous two away matches, remained ninth after a 14th defeat of the campaign. Leeds head coach Brad Arthur told BBC Radio Leeds that his side had delivered the extra effort and physicality he had requested.
