On the 75th NBA anniversary All-Star game in Cleveland, Stephen Curry showed the world why he belongs on the NBA 75th Anniversary Team.

He was on fire scoring 50 points while also breaking the All-Star game 3 point record with 16 made threes.

Securing the win for Team Lebron and his first All-Star MVP trophy.

Steph shot the ball really well from deep draining 16 out of his 27 three point attempts, the Greek Freak chipped in with 30 points and King James added 24 scoring a buzzer beater to seal the game for his team.

Joel Embiid was the highest scorer for team Durant with 36 points followed by Devin Booker who dropped 20.

But Steph Curry and team Lebron were too much in the end winning by just 3 points 163-160.

For the rest of the weekend fans, retired players and reporters voiced their opinion on how disappointed they were with the events.

Slam dunk contest was dubbed the worst in years, Obi Toppin got the trophy at the end. The contestants failed miserably to deliver the show the fans were waiting for.

After missing most dunk attempts the trophy was handed to New York’s Obi Toppin who was successful in not having the worst dunks.

The three point contest was surprising, as we saw Minnesota’s big man Karl-Anthony Towns out-shoot sharp shooters like Portland’s CJ McCollum and Clippers’s Luke Kennard.

Rising Stars challenge saw Detroit’s first pick rookie Dante Cunningham lead his team in 2 victories securing the Rising Star game MVP award.

After this All-Star break the second half of the NBA season starts. Where struggling teams like the Nets and Lakere will look to secure a Playoff spot, and new-look teams like the Sixers with Harden will look to improve their chances in winning a ring at the end of the season, and new-look teams like the Sacramento Kings with Sabonis and the New Orleans Pelicans with CJ McCollum will look to start a playoff push in the second half of the season.
