Arabic version: فرانكي فالي يلغي حفلات 2026 لت prioritizing الصحة
Frankie Valli, who at 92 has never lost his love for the road, announced Friday that he is canceling the remainder of his concert dates for 2026, due to health issues. “I’m so sorry to disappoint the folks who have purchased tickets to my shows,” he said on social media, “but I have decided to take the rest of the year off from touring to focus on my health. I’m looking forward to getting healthy and seeing you all again soon. Thank you for all your good wishes.” According to Variety, Valli’s decision comes after careful consideration of his fans who have already purchased tickets.
His longtime representative, Victoria Varela, says that the decision to cancel shows rather than postpone them was in consideration of fans who have already paid money and might have it held in limbo indefinitely while he works to regain his health. “He realized he needed to take a break and get his health in order,” Varela said, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing Valli’s well-being over rescheduling.
Valli had previously rescheduled performances that were initially set for April 2026, but now all shows have been removed from the schedule. Ticketmaster shows nine dates as canceled, including upcoming performances in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Anaheim, California. Valli last performed on February 22, 2026, at the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, where audience reviews noted his resilience on stage despite concerns about his frailty.
Famed for hits such as “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” and his role in the Broadway musical “Jersey Boys,” Valli’s career has spanned decades. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990 and received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2026. Valli aims to dedicate the next six months to his health before considering a return to performing in 2027.
