Arabic version: انهيار منجم ذهب يقتل ما لا يقل عن 67 شخصًا في السودان

According to France 24, a gold mine collapse on Wednesday killed at least 67 people in a remote area of Sudan.

The collapse struck the al-Zara gold mine in West Kordofan province, medical workers and survivors reported.

West Kordofan is controlled by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces. The group has been at war with Sudan’s military for more than three years.
