On Wednesday evening, April 15th, His Grace Bishop Beghol, the Bishop and Head of the Virgin Mary Monastery in Al-Muharaq, arrived at Melbourne International Airport for a pastoral visit to Australia. He was warmly welcomed by His Grace Bishop Rouis, the General Bishop of East Asia and Melbourne, along with several monks and priests. During his visit, he will be touring churches in the states of Victoria and New South Wales. The Melbourne Diocese has organized a schedule for His Grace’s stay until Monday, April 27th, after which he will head to Sydney according to the attached itinerary.

In a related note, His Grace Bishop Hilarion, the Bishop of the Red Sea Diocese, will also arrive at Sydney International Airport this evening for his visit to Australia. The Sydney Diocese has prepared a program for his stay until Sunday, April 26th, as detailed in the attached schedule.
