The Australian Jordanian Community Association recently held their annual Iftar ceremony, and it was a huge success. The event was attended by members of the Australian Arab delegation who had visited Jordan and held the ceremony under the patronage and presence of His Excellency Dr. Ali Krishan, dean of the Arabic diplomats in Australia, and the presence of a number of deputies, members of municipal councils, presidents, members of Arab associations and a representative about the Ministry of Multiculturalism.
During the event, the President of the Australian Jordanian Association delivered a speech in which he thanked the members of the organizing committee for their hard work and dedication in making the event a success. He also recognized the efforts of the Australian Arab delegation who had visited Jordan and contributed to the success of the event.
The President of the Association also presented the activities of the Australian Jordanian Association for the second quarter of the year, which included raising the Jordan flag in a celebration in Sydney. This was a proud moment for the Jordanian community in Australia as it showcased their love and appreciation for their country of origin.

Another highlight was the formation of the Friends of Jordan group, which is made up of MPs who support the association in the NSW state parliament. This group will work towards promoting the interests of the Jordanian community in Australia and strengthening the ties between the two countries.
The Association also formed a new delegation to visit Jordan and provide new aid to the country. This is a testament to the generosity of the Jordanian community in Australia, who are always looking for ways to give back to their home country.
Lastly, the President mentioned the participation of members of the Jordanian and Arab community in Al Hussein youth camps. These camps provide a great opportunity for young people to learn about their heritage and culture and connect with other young people from the Jordanian and Arab community.
