An Israeli strike near Lebanon’s largest public hospital killed at least 13 people, including a child, the health ministry said Tuesday.
The Rafik Hariri University Hospital was not in an area covered by evacuation orders issued by the Israeli military, CNN analysis found. The Israel Defense Forces said it had targeted a “Hezbollah terrorist site” in a strike near the hospital on Monday.
