Arabic version: إيران تطلق ضربات صاروخية رداً على إسرائيل
Iran has launched missile strikes targeting southern Israel, marking a significant escalation in hostilities. The attacks were reportedly in retaliation for an attack on Iran’s Natanz nuclear site.
Israel’s air defense system failed to stop at least two Iranian missile strikes, resulting in injuries to more than 100 Israelis in Arad and Dimona. The strikes also caused extensive damage, with dozens of buildings destroyed.
According to Al Jazeera, the situation reflects ongoing tensions between the two nations, particularly concerning Iran’s nuclear activities and Israel’s military responses.
This latest incident underscores the fragile security situation in the region and the potential for further escalation in military engagements between Iran and Israel.
