Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has warned neighboring countries against allowing Tehran’s adversaries to conduct military operations from their territories. This warning was directed specifically at nations hosting U.S. military bases, emphasizing the potential repercussions of such actions. According to Al Jazeera, Pezeshkian stated, “To the countries of the region: If you want development and security, don’t let our enemies run the war from your lands.”

The conflict escalated after air strikes by the U.S. and Israel on February 28, which resulted in the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Since then, the situation has deteriorated, with Israel conducting almost daily strikes on Iran. In response, Iran has targeted not only Israel but also nations with U.S. military assets in the region.

Recent attacks attributed to Iran have affected multiple Gulf states. In Kuwait, drone strikes damaged the international airport’s radar system but did not result in casualties. Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi reported injuries and damage from debris falling near the Khalifa Economic Zone due to strikes.

Iran’s military also claimed responsibility for targeting a Ukrainian anti-drone system depot in Dubai, alleging it was aiding U.S. forces. Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry has denied these allegations. Additionally, drone attacks occurred at Oman’s port of Salalah, leading to injuries and operational suspensions by Danish shipping giant Maersk.

As the conflict continues, alarm sirens have been activated in Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia’s Defense Ministry reported intercepting multiple drone and missile attacks. The situation remains volatile as the war enters its second month, with reports indicating that at least 15 American soldiers were wounded in a recent attack on a Saudi airbase.
