According to Al Jazeera, Israeli forces in southern Syria have blocked farmers from accessing their land through the use of chemicals, bulldozing and arrests.
The restrictions are affecting farmland and the lives of people in southern Syria, where farmers have been prevented from reaching agricultural areas.
More than half of Syria faces a hunger crisis, while international aid to the country has been halved, increasing pressure on communities dependent on food production.
