According to Lbcgroup, Lebanon has declared Aug. 4 a national mourning day marking the anniversary of the Beirut Port blast.

The declaration recognizes the date as a day of national mourning in connection with the Beirut Port blast anniversary.

Aug. 4 will therefore be observed as a national mourning day in Lebanon.
