The Maronite Apostolic Church has taken a significant step in expanding its presence by acquiring a new church site in Guildford. This milestone marks a new chapter for the Maronite community in Australia, providing a dedicated space for worship, religious ceremonies, and community gatherings.

On 22 February 2025, a solemn and spiritually uplifting event took place at the newly acquired site, with priests and clergy from Lebanon gathering for the first time to pay reverence and lead religious services.
