The Iraqi government has decided to exempt the project to rehabilitate Mosul International Airport from the “contracting mechanisms that apply to government contracts and from the instructions for implementing the federal budget“.

The decison was approved at this week’s cabinet meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi.
