According to Cnbc, AI cloud infrastructure provider Nscale has filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NSCL. The London-based company provides Nvidia graphics processing units for customers training and running artificial intelligence models.

Nscale reported revenue of $140.6 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, a 1,252% increase from $10.4 million a year earlier. Its net loss widened to $1.02 billion from $368.9 million in the comparable period. The prospectus cited $56.4 billion in remaining performance obligations, while one unnamed customer contributed more than half of first-half revenue.

The company has agreements with OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft. It is also seeking to broaden its offerings by handling inference requests for multiple models. In July, Nscale announced plans to acquire Anyscale, whose software assists with building AI models. Nscale spun out of cryptocurrency mining firm Arkon Energy and emerged from stealth mode in 2024.

As of Aug. 31, Nscale had more than 1,000 full-time employees, 25,000 active GPUs and 461,000 GPUs that were active or contracted. It had five active and 12 contracted data-center sites, said it had line of sight to 10 gigawatts of computing power, and carried more than $8 billion in debt excluding a financing arrangement with Dell. Investors include Blue Owl, Dell, Nvidia, Fidelity and Point72; Nvidia agreed to guarantee up to $860 million of Nscale obligations tied to a Texas data-center lease.
