According to ABC News, One Nation has vowed to submit three years of audited financial statements that its Queensland division failed to provide on time.

The Office of Fair Trading confirmed that One Nation Queensland Division Inc must lodge audited accounts for the financial years from 2023 to 2025 by 18 August 2026. A party spokesman said One Nation was complying with the regulator’s requirements.

The Queensland division has lodged annual returns for the three financial years to 2025, but those returns did not include the required audited financial statements. The division is registered in Queensland as an incorporated association and is listed on Australian business registers as holding trading names including One Nation, Pauline Hanson’s One Nation and Young Nation.

Senator Pauline Hanson is president of the Queensland division, according to her register of interests. The party was founded by Hanson in Queensland in 1997.

If the statements are not filed, the Office of Fair Trading can begin an investigation. Negative findings could lead to infringement notices and small fines for committee members, or a show-cause notice over whether the association’s incorporation should be cancelled. The party spokesman did not answer why the accounts were not filed on time.
