Arabic version: الشرطة تبحث عن مهاجمين بعد طعن خمسة مراهقين

According to BBC News, police are hunting for attackers after five teenage boys were stabbed at a Halloween party in Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire.

Hampshire Police said an “unknown group” gained entry to a party at a house in Park Road. The stabbings happened shortly after 22:30 GMT on Saturday. Three 16-year-olds and two 17-year-olds were taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Cordons remain in place along Park Road and Valley Road as officers speak to witnesses and check homes for video footage. Police have also spoken to residents at neighbouring properties and in other nearby streets.

Senior investigating officer Det Ch Insp Elizabeth Pirie said officers were trying to identify everyone who had been at the party, including people who witnessed events, recorded relevant footage or could help identify the unknown group. Police asked for information and footage, including doorbell-camera recordings covering Park Road and the surrounding area.

Churches in Chandler’s Ford will offer support. St Boniface Church in Hursley Road will be open from 09:00 to 17:00 during the week, while St Martin in the Wood in Queen’s Road will be available on Monday and Wednesday from 15:00 to 17:00. Eastleigh MP Liz Jarvis urged people to stay calm, avoid sharing misinformation online and allow police to do their work.
