According to BBC News, Premier League and English Football League clubs have confirmed a series of deadline-day transfers before their window closes at 23:00 BST on Tuesday.

Liverpool signed Lucca Brughmans from Genk for £30m, while Newcastle completed a £51.4m move for Matias Fernandez-Pardo from Lille. Aston Villa brought in Taylor Harwood-Bellis from Southampton for £29m and Ibrahim Mbaye from Paris St-Germain for £47m. Crystal Palace took Honest Ahanor from Atalanta on loan.

Elsewhere, Hull signed Ilyas Ansah from Union Berlin for an undisclosed fee. In Scotland, Celtic took Oliver Sorensen from Parma on loan, while Motherwell signed Dylan Levitt from Leyton Orient for an undisclosed fee.

Several players also left English clubs for overseas teams. Arsenal sold Gabriel Jesus to Barcelona and Fabio Vieira to Hamburg, with both deals listed at £8.6m. Chelsea transferred Marc Guiu to RB Leipzig for £14.6m, while Tottenham sent Pape Matar Sarr to Juventus on loan with an obligation to buy for £23.6m.

The deadline for Scottish Premiership clubs is Thursday at 17:00 BST. Women’s Super League clubs have until Thursday at 23:00 BST, while the BBC page also records confirmed English Football League loans and undisclosed transfers.
