For many Australians, looking like they have everything together can hide a different reality: a busy mind, persistent self-doubt and exhaustion that rarely makes it into conversation.
George Harb knows that experience personally. After years working in the corporate world, he recognised the gap between how successful he appeared and how he actually felt. That experience ultimately led him towards helping others address the patterns holding them back.
Now, the Dual Elite Neuroencoding Specialist, trained and mentored by Joseph McClendon III, is bringing that focus to Recode. Rise. Reclaim., a full-day event taking place in Sydney on Saturday, 5 December 2026.
Held at the Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport Hotel in Mascot, the event is designed for people who want to work through fear, procrastination, self-doubt and limiting beliefs, while developing practical ways to approach everyday challenges with greater confidence.
Harb describes the experience as a hands-on immersion informed by neuroscience, with an emphasis on putting ideas into practice throughout the day.
His motivation for creating the event comes from a deeply personal place.
“For years I worked in corporate, and from the outside I looked like I had it together,” Harb said. “Inside, I was carrying constant mental noise, self-doubt and exhaustion I never let show.”
“That gap between how I looked and how I actually felt is what led me to this work.”
Through guided activities and practical exercises, the program aims to help participants recognise unhelpful thought patterns, reshape their inner dialogue and develop habits that support clearer thinking under pressure.
Attendees will explore tools intended to help them move from hesitation towards decisive action, strengthen their resilience and build confidence in both their working and personal lives.
For anyone who regularly puts off an important decision, questions their own abilities or feels weighed down by an ongoing cycle of negative thinking, the event offers dedicated time to pause, reflect and practise a different approach.
At its heart, Recode. Rise. Reclaim. reflects Harb’s desire to reach everyday Australians who may be carrying these struggles quietly. It is an invitation to give personal growth the attention so often reserved for professional demands and other people’s needs.
