With the holiday season approaching fast, the members, families, and guests of the Australian Arab Business Council (AABC) celebrated Christmas in white on 14 December 2022. Around a hundred members and guests attended the event which took place at the Highline Venue in Little Saigon Plaza in Bankstown.
The event included very short speeches of holiday greetings and thanks from Jenan Issa, the president of the AABC, and George Bousamra, the vice president of the council who looked quite festive in his snowman costume. Afterwards, Elie Khoury’s Lebanese dance troupe entertained the guests with a traditional Lebanese Dabke dance before encouraging the guests to join in.
The Christmas party, which was full of fun and fellowship, concluded with a raffle draw for many prizes.
Oz Arab Media wishes the AABC a very happy holiday season and a very bountiful new year. We’ll see you again in February!
