On the morning of Sunday, June 28, His Grace Bishop Youssef, the Bishop of Texas, Florida, and Southern United States, presided over a divine liturgy at St. Mina Church in Fort Worth, Texas. The service was attended by Bishop Bezalel and Bishop Gregory, along with a number of priests from the diocese.

Following the reconciliation prayer, Bishop Youssef conducted the ordination ceremony for Deacon Alexander, who was appointed to serve as a priest named “Father Qusman” for the altar and congregation of the same church. The esteemed bishops, priests, and church members congratulated the newly ordained priest after the divine liturgy during the celebration held by the church.

The new priest will spend a period of forty days at the Monastery of the Virgin Mary and St. Moses in Texas before commencing his priestly service at the same church.
