According to France 24, Trump’s Africa envoy Massad Boulos said each side in Sudan believes it “could get a decisive military victory”.

Boulos made the comments in an interview with FRANCE 24 on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. His assessment focused on the expectations held by the opposing sides in Sudan.

Asked about Western Sahara, Boulos said there was no “imminent solution that we can feel or touch”.

He also rejected Rwanda’s accusations of bias concerning US sanctions, saying the measures “can easily be reversed”.
